WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE AT BOOKING

  • Requested Date (You will be able to choose any available Saturday)

  • 140 Character Ad (if ad is longer then 140 I will edit it to be 140)

  • Offer link (link to your ad)

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER PURCHASE

  • You do not need to do anything after purchase as long as you entered your ad and link in when asked

  • 1 Week Prior to your ad running I will reach out only if your ad copy needs adjusted (if not then you can just let the ad process run)

  • After the Ad runs you can Expect New Newsletter visitors to your website, offer, or product

  • I promote the newsletter issues year-round on social media (Your issue will be promoted on my social media (X, Linkedin, Threads) at least 1x every 90 days for ongoing promotion

  • Ads last forever on my site (they are never replaced or changed) you can go back to your issue at any time and see your ad displayed on my website

* You can cancel/ reschedule your booking in the system if needed from the confirmation email 1x within 21 days to take effect. (Rescheduling is discouraged)

* All sponsorship bookings are non-refundable due to timing and availability of the calendar

FAQ's

Can I change my Ad copy?

Yes. You can submit 1 change to your ad copy if when you enter it the first time it needs updates. (You can do this by replying to the reminder email you will get 24hrs in advance or you can email me here: chris@chrissanrocco.com with your booking information)

Are ads refundable?

Newsletter sponsorships are Non-Refundable: Due to limited availability & timing. Once your issue is booked your ad will run in that issue for the month and it gets taken off the calendar.

Can I Change My Date?

Yes. You can change / reschedule your date "1 time" if over 21 days in advance only by clicking reschedule in the booking email. (Rescheduling is discouraged... Please be mindful of rescheduling as I only have 4-8 bookings available a month)

What Happens if I Cancel My Booking?

The calendar gives an option to cancel/reschedule that cannot be removed currently. If you click cancel please be mindful that this will not issue a refund (Bookings are non-refundable). You will need to rebook a new available date by emailing support@chrissanrocco.com.
